Lucius, Draco's father, is a Death Eater and strongly against admitting non-Pureblood witches and wizards to Hogwarts. He used his money and position to gain considerable influence in the Ministry. He fought against Harry in the battle of the Department of Mysteries, was captured and sent to Azkaban.
N a r c i s s a M a l f o y
Narcissa is Lucius's wife and Draco's mother. Narcissa kept Draco from being sent to Durmstrang because it was too far from home. She cares deeply about Draco and convinced Snape to make the Unbreakable Vow to help Draco.
B e l l a t r i x L e s t r a n g e
Bellatrix is Draco's aunt. She was a Death Eater along with her husband, Rodolphus Lestrange. After the Dark Lord's defeat, she remained loyal and with Rodolphus, Rabastan and Barty Crouch Jr., she tortured Frank and Alice Longbottom for information on the Dark Lord's whereabouts. They were captured and sentenced to Azkaban for their crimes. In the battle of the Department of Mysteries, she killed Sirius Black, her cousin, and escaped with the Dark Lord. When Narcissa convinced Snape to make the Unbreakable Vow, Bellatrix was the Bonder. However, she did not quite trust Snape, and it is later discovered that she taught Draco Occlumency.

Rodolphus is Draco's uncle and Bellatrix's husband. He was a loyal Death Eater even after Voldemort's defeat, and he was sent to Azkaban for torturing Frank and Alice Longbottom along with Bellatrix, Rabastan, and Barty Crouch Jr.

Andromeda is Draco's aunt. She married a Muggle-born wizard, Ted Tonks, for which she was blasted off the Black family tapestry. She is the mother of Nymphadora Tonks and was Sirius's favorite cousin.

Ted, Draco's uncle, is a Muggleborn wizard. He is husband to Andromeda and father of Nymphadora. His daughter describes him as a "right old slob."
N y m p h a d o r a T o n k s
Tonks is Draco's cousin, an Auror, and a member of the present-day Order of the Phoenix. She is young, clumsy, and prefers to be known by her surname only. Tonks is a Metamorphmagus, meaning she can change her appearance at will. She was injured severely at the battle of the Department of Mysteries, but recovered after a stay in St. Mungo's.
S i r i u s B l a c k
Sirius was Harry's godfather. He was disowned and blasted off the family tapestry because he disagreed with the Black family views of Pureblood supremacy. He was a Marauder and an unregistered Animagus, earning him the nickname of "Padfoot." He was blamed for the betrayal of James and Lily to Voldemort, though Peter Pettigrew was truly at fault. Bellatrix killed him in the battle in the Department of Mysteries.
R e g u l u s B l a c k
Regulus was Sirius's younger brother. Unlike Sirius, his parents favored him because he shared their Pureblood prejudices. He joined the Death Eaters, but according to Sirius, he panicked about what he was asked to do and tried to back out. Voldemort had Regulus killed sometime in the same year in which the prophecy was made and Harry was born.

Goyle is quite dense. His father is a Death Eater. He follows Draco around and acts as a bodyguard for him.
V i n c e n t C r a b b e
Crabbe is also quite dense, though slightly brighter than Goyle. He has a father who is a Death Eater. Crabbe follows Draco around and acts as a bodyguard.
P a n s y P a r k i n s o n
Pansy is a ringleader of a gang of Slytherin girls. She was made a prefect along with Draco in their fifth year, and was a member of Umbridge's Inquisitorial Squad. She was Draco's date for the Yule Ball.
